JFV Works Boutique offers both digital and physical products. Some items are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners, which may affect shipping times, packaging, and return processes. Please read carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date of your physical product. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

Digital products, downloads, and design services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. We encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return on physical merchandise (such as apparel or branded items), the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Digital downloads or customized digital services (including website design, flyer designs, logos, shout-outs, etc.)
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Items not purchased directly from JFV Works Boutique

Returns Process

To start a return, email us at info@julesfamilyvision.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll verify your eligibility and provide instructions based on the item and its fulfillment source. Do not return items without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for damaged or defective physical items. To request an exchange, contact us with a clear photo of the issue and order details. If approved, a replacement will be issued or credit applied.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. If you’re returning an item valued over $50, consider using a trackable service. We’re not responsible for lost returns.
