- VIRTUAL SESSIONS VIA ZOOM: Prefer the comfort of your own space? Join us for virtual sessions via Zoom, where we’ll assist you in adjusting camera angles, optimizing lighting, and ensuring you’re confident and ready for your self-tape.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
When you book a session with us, whether it’s for our Mobile Self-Tape Service or a Virtual Session via Zoom, we ensure a seamless experience tailored to your needs.

When you book a virtual session, we’ll email you a link to a Zoom meeting session along with the date and time agreed upon for your appointment. Please ensure you have the following:
- HIGH-SPEED INTERNET: A stable internet connection is essential for a smooth virtual session.
- DIGITAL COPY OF AUDITION SIDES: Please email us the sides in advance to ensure a seamless recording process. Our experienced readers, who are also actors, will review the sides beforehand to understand the scene and collaborate with you during the session to bring it to life seamlessly.
- PERSONAL EQUIPMENT SETUP: You’ll need to have your own equipment set up, including lighting, cameras, and audio devices. Our team can offer guidance and recommendations for optimal setup prior to recording, ensuring you achieve the best results.
- SMARTPHONE, COMPUTER, OR TABLET WITH VIDEO CALLING CAPABILITIES: You’ll need a device with video calling capabilities to join the Zoom meeting session.
- ZOOM VIDEO CALLING APP: Make sure you have the Zoom app installed on your device for easy access to the virtual session.

- BOOK YOUR SESSION: Simply email or give us a call to schedule your Mobile Self-Tape Session. Once booked, please send audition sides in advance for our experienced readers, who are also actors, to prepare and review. They will collaborate with you during the session to bring the scene to life.
- CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION: Whether it’s your home, office, or any other quiet space, we’ll travel to you.
- PROFESSIONAL SETUP: Our team will bring all the necessary equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and backdrop, to create a professional recording environment.
- RECORDING: We’ll record multiple takes to ensure we capture your best performance.
- EDITING AND DELIVERY: After the session, we’ll edit and color-grade the footage. You choose how you want the final product delivered: on the spot, uploaded, or emailed to you.
