Reservoir Ghosts (Don’t Budge) Teaser
A Haunting Tale of Lost Towns and Forgotten Souls Trailer!
We’re excited to share the official teaser trailer for Reservoir Ghosts (Don’t Budge), a gripping film that delves into a chilling and often overlooked chapter of Massachusetts history. Directed and produced by Patrick Jerome, known for Assassin Behind the Glass and Boston2Philly, the film is inspired by the true events of 1938, when four towns—Dana, Enfield, Prescott, and Greenwich—were flooded to create the Quabbin Reservoir. These towns vanished beneath the water, but their stories remain. The film brings a fictionalized account of this historical event, blending suspense, grief, and supernatural elements.
However, the film takes creative liberties with the historical event. It imagines a gripping story where the residents of these doomed towns refuse to leave their homes, standing united in defiance. This act of resistance, symbolized by the film’s subtitle Don’t Budge, highlights the unyielding spirit of a community fighting to preserve their way of life.
